1. On the meeting room display, select the qr code meeting you want to join.

2. Scan the QR code that displays with your mobile device.
◦ A sign-in page opens in your device’s web browser.
3. Sign in to your Google Account and your organization’s identity provider.
4. After you successfully sign in, the meeting room hardware automatically joins the call.
